Get the Facts

The project will replace an outdated building previously used for manufacturing without displacing existing tenants and businesses.

True North Landing will provide its residents with an ample 720 parking spaces in a 7-story parking structure that buffers onsite uses from the adjacent storage facility to the north.

Residents will have access to abundant open space and common amenities, including a pool, spa, communal patios, BBQs, firepits, seating areas, and a bike path along the southside of the project. In the future, this path will connect to the LADOT bike path along the LA River.

The site is located within one of five "Opportunity Areas" identified by the LA River Master Plan with goals to "connect communities" and "create a continuous green connection" along the LA River.

The project and landscape plan are designed and oriented to engage the future park to the east (G2) and the LA River to the south, with river view from multiple levels.

True North Landing will be constructed on a unique site at the intersection of numerous outdoor amenities, including the river, parks, etc.
